ABOUT ME
"All good things are wild and free." - Henry David Thoreau
Ever since I was a little girl exploring the great outdoors, I have had a deep empathy for all living things, yes even the creepy crawlers. I respected their place in this world and wanted to make the world a better place for them and us. With a deep understanding, love, and respect for science, I find myself constantly asking "Why?" and determined to research and discover the "how". Like a true scientist, I have found that I learn more from my failures and use them to constantly evolve who I am and what I know. I will constantly educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person. I will not settle for good enough and strive for excellence in all that I do.

I know that I want to leave this world better than I found it. And I know that my purpose needs to be about something greater than myself. It needs to be inspiring and it needs to leave me with a feeling of accomplishment. I will forever be a mom and a wife, and I hope to instill these beliefs and aspirations into my boys.
